Section 103
Group or subgroup change
If an employee working in a group or subgroup position of the Federal Parliament Service applies for a change to a corresponding position of the same category in another group or subgroup, the minimum educational qualification required for the desired position and the minimum required for promotion to a higher position than that position. If the service period has been reached, the committee may change its group or sub-group in consultation with the Public Service Commission.
