Section 33
Can open contact office
(1) Any foreign insurance company may open its contact office in Nepal subject to the prevailing law after taking the prior approval of the authority. But such contact office cannot do insurance business or business.
(2) Other arrangements regarding contact offices of foreign insurance companies shall be as prescribed.
