Section 101
Able to receive and give support
(1) For the work of the Federal Parliament and its committees, the Secretariat may take necessary manpower and other support from any ministry, department, office, constitutional body of the Government of Nepal, Nepali embassies located abroad as well as associations, organizations and local bodies owned by the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-section (1) it shall be the duty of the relevant bodies or officials to provide the assistance requested.
(3) With the consent of the Secretariat, the Government of Nepal may employ the staff of the Secretariat and take necessary services.
