Section 150
No unauthorized occupation or destruction of public physical structures
(1) Except in accordance with the law, no one shall take unauthorized possession of any public physical structure, prevent the use of such structure or in any way harm, damage or destroy it. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "public physical structure" means the following structures that are used publicly: –
(a) Roads, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports,
(b) reservoirs, canals, springs and ponds, power houses, power transmission stations or lines thereof,
(c) cable lines, cable cars, telecommunication equipment, radio stations, television broadcasting centers and their towers,
(d) Railways and Railways,
(e) Public bus stops, public parks, or
(f) Other similar structures.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to ten years and fined up to one lakh rupees.
