Section 65
<br> not to disturb the public peace
No one should do anything to disturb the good relations between people of different classes, regions or communities of Nepal on the basis of religion, race, caste, caste, sect or language by writing, word or shape or sign or in any other way.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to one year and fined up to ten thousand rupees.
(3) If the offense under sub-section (1) is committed in a place of worship or a place of worship or prayer or in a place where a religious or cultural festival is being held, the punishment under sub-section (2) shall be imprisonment for an additional year.
