Rule 33
Special powers of President to maintain order

(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, if any member disturbs peace, order and discipline in the meeting room or attempts to do so or commits destructive acts in the meeting room in a way that harms the reputation of the meeting or uses force or attempts to do so or causes any physical damage. If so, the chairman can order the dignitary to immediately expel him from the meeting room. In this way, the chairman may suspend the expelled member for a maximum of ten days and order him to pay the compensation for the damaged material. (2) According to sub-rule (1), the suspended member will not be allowed to attend the assembly or any committee meeting during that period. (3) According to this rule. If a member is suspended or if such suspension is lifted, the secretary will notify the relevant committee and the parliamentary party. (4) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, if any member behaves offensively or destructively in the meeting or causes physical damage to the meeting room, the meeting is concluded. If the chairman becomes aware of this, the chairman will suspend such member for a maximum of ten days and order him to pay compensation for the damaged material. However, the chairman must give the relevant member a reasonable opportunity to present his explanation before ordering such action.
