Section 106
Notice to be given
(1) Within three days after the special management group takes control of the insurer and starts the work, a notice containing the following details shall be given to each office of the respective insurer:-
(a) Date and time of commencement of work under control of the insurer concerned,
(b) the act of revoking the authority and responsibility of the main management of the relevant insurer or the relevant authorized person, (c) the method, time and place of the insured claiming the insurance, (d) Manner, time and place of making claims for various claims made by various other parties.
(2) The notice as per sub-section (1) shall be published every week for four weeks at least in two national level daily newspapers and also through its website.
(3) The situation of the insurer taken under the control of the special management group, the authorized officer and the changes in his authority - information about the change in the authority should be sent in writing to the office of the Authority, Nepal Securities Board and Company Registrar.
