Section 35
List to be published
(1) The authority shall publish the updated list of licensed brimaks in at least two national level dailies every three months and through the authority's website. (2) The list to be made public in accordance with sub-section (1) shall include the date of commencement of business by the insurer, default capital, insurance fee, claims and other details determined by the authority.
