Rule 186
Vacancy Notice
(1) According to Article 89 of the Constitution, if a member's position is vacant, the chairman shall inform the meeting about the same. (2) In case the meeting of the assembly is not in progress, the chairman shall cause such information to be published in the notice. will inform the Council of Ministers and the Election Commission.
