Rule 145

Deemed to be relieved of office :- (1) If the motion of impeachment presented against the President or the Vice-President in accordance with this paragraph is passed by a majority of two-thirds of the total number of members immediately existing in the House, the concerned President or Vice-President shall be deemed to be automatically relieved of office. (2) If the Vice President commits any offense while in office, there will be no impediment to take action for such offense in accordance with the federal law. (3) The President or Vice President who has been relieved of office after the impeachment motion has been passed shall not be able to take any benefits from such office and may not be appointed or nominated to any public office in the future.
