Section 218
Limit
(1) An appeal can be made at any time for taking someone's life by committing any offense under this paragraph.
(2) Except as stated in sub-section (1), no appeal shall be filed after two years from the date of commission of any offense under this paragraph and six months from the date of conviction of the offense under section 211 and 212.
