Section 103
- Special Management Group
(1) According to subsection (5) of Section 102 of this Act, the Authority may establish a special management group consisting of three persons from among the persons who have qualified as specified for the operation and management of the insurer, and through it, may proceed with the operation and management of the said insurer. .
(2) The term of office of the special management group as per sub-section (1) shall be one year and based on justification, the authority may extend the term of the group by a maximum of one year or dissolve the group.
(3) The authority may, in particular, dismiss all or any member of the management group if the work is not satisfactory.
(4) The Authority: If a member of the special management group is dismissed without completing the specified work, he may appoint a person who has met the qualifications as per sub-section (1) for the remaining period.
(5) The procedures, remuneration, facilities and other arrangements related to the appointment of members of the special management group shall be as determined by the authority.
