Rule 88
Submission of Ordinance
(1) An ordinance issued in accordance with Article 114 of the Constitution shall be presented by the concerned minister at the first meeting of the House called after its promulgation. (2) When submitting an ordinance in accordance with sub-rule (1), details of the circumstances and reasons for issuing such an ordinance shall be attached. (3) According to sub-rule (1), the concerned minister shall give notice of the ordinance to the general secretary or in his absence to the secretary at least one day before the ordinance to be introduced in the house.
