Rule 136
Notice of proposal for reduction
Members who wish to present a proposal to reduce the amount of expenditure on a topic should give notice of the proposal two days before the day on which the relevant topic is to be considered after the presentation of the Appropriation Bill. When giving notice in this way, a single notice can be given on behalf of one party in one ministry.
