Rule 13
Management Consultative Committee

(1) Formation of a nine-member Working Arrangements Consultative Committee under the chairmanship of the Speaker to advise on the priority and time period of the issues to be presented at the meeting of the National Assembly and to conduct the meeting in an orderly manner and on other matters deemed necessary by the Speaker. (2) The chairman may nominate two members, including at least one woman, in the committee under sub-rule (1). (3) The vice-chairman and the minister of parliamentary affairs shall be ex-officio vice-chairmen and members of the committee respectively. (4) Notwithstanding anything written in this rule. The chairman may invite any member he deems suitable as an invited member to the meeting of the Working Arrangements Consultative Committee.
