Rule 37
Offering of thanks

(1) The Prime Minister shall table a copy of the address at the meeting of the Assembly held after the President has delivered the address in accordance with Rule 36. (2) Any member may submit a motion to thank the President for the address made in accordance with Rule 36 and such motion shall be supported by another member. (3) ) After the proponents and supporters of the motion of thanks have spoken, the chairman shall present the motion for decision without further discussion. (4) The motion of thanks passed by the meeting shall be submitted by the chairman to the President.
