Section 107
A new line item must be prepared
(1) A new financial statement shall be prepared as prescribed in order to show the actual status of the insurer taken over by the special management group.
(2) The financial statement prepared in accordance with sub-section (1) and the related detailed statement shall be submitted to the authority.
