Section 146
Government of Nepal to be Plaintiff
(1) The case related to the offense under section 140 shall be conducted as the plaintiff by the Government of Nepal and such case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Civil Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074.
(2) According to sub-section (1)- the authority shall provide necessary assistance to the concerned officer in the investigation, investigation and filing of the case.
