Section 105
Officials to be suspended
(1) During the period when the special management group takes control of the insurer, the director and chief executive of the insurer shall be automatically suspended.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the Special Management Group may, if it deems fit, release the suspension of the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Insurer to perform the prescribed duties.
(3) A person who does not perform the duties prescribed by the special management group in accordance with sub-section (2) may be dismissed by the special management group at any time.
