Section 82
Provisions relating to reinsurance contracts
(1) The Insurer shall get the format of reinsurance/contract approved by the Authority while conducting reinsurance business.
(2) If the reinsurance contract between the insurer and the reinsurer does not protect the rights and interests of the insured or the risk of liability cannot be sufficiently protected by such contract, the authority may decide; may from time to time direct the revision of the terms of such reinsurance contract.
(3) Other provisions related to the reinsurance contract shall be as prescribed.
