Rule 123
Bill rejected by the House of Representatives and returned with amendments

(1) If a message is received that a bill passed by the Assembly and sent to the House of Representatives with amendments is received, the secretary will table it in the Assembly as soon as possible and distribute copies of the message with the amendments to all members. The member presenting the bill or the member authorized by him shall propose that the amendment be considered. (3) When discussing and deciding on the proposal according to sub-rule (2), the chairman shall adopt the necessary procedures in consultation with the management consultation committee. It will be verified and submitted to the President for verification.
