Section 135
Authority may direct to withhold or cancel insurance payments
Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the authority may order not to provide an insurance policy or to withhold the amount to be paid according to the insurance policy or to cancel the insurance policy in the following cases:-
(a) To prevent any action against the insurance business or the rights and interests of the insured,
(b) to assist in the investigation of any offence,
(c) Money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities, fraud, corruption, human trafficking or . To cooperate in controlling other organized crime.
