Section 143
Special provisions relating to the insured
(1) Any insured person, whether or not with an insurer or an insurance intermediary or other insurance service provider, commits any fraud, collusion or submission of false information with an insurer or insurance intermediary or other insurance service provider, or by not submitting information that should be submitted or submitting information that should not be submitted, himself or the insured.
