Rule 182
Chairmanship of the meeting
If the proposal submitted according to rule 181 is against the chairman, the vice chairman will preside over the meeting on the day fixed for the discussion on the proposal. In the event that the proposal according to this paragraph is presented to both the chairman and the vice-chairman at the same time, the oldest member in terms of age among the members nominated to preside over the meeting according to rule 10.
