Rule 45
Questions not given for oral answers will be tabulated
(1) If a question placed in the question list for a given day is not answered due to lack of time, the minister concerned shall tabulate a copy of the answer to that question. However, if the minister requests to the chairman that it is necessary for the public interest to answer a question that has not been answered. Even after the time fixed for the question is over, the chairman may give permission to answer. (2) A copy of the tabulated answer as per sub-rule (1) will be made available to all the members.
