Rule 36
Address from the President
(1) According to Article 95 of the Constitution, the President may address the meeting of the National Assembly and may invite members to attend. (2) According to sub-rule (1), the Secretary General or in his absence, the Secretary shall give information to the members about the information to be addressed by the President.
