Section 78
Mini Insurance Claims
(1) If a claim related to the insured life or property or liability is duly submitted by the person concerned as mentioned in the insurance policy, the insurer doing the mini insurance business shall settle such claim within twenty days of receipt.
(2) Other arrangements related to micro insurance claims shall be as prescribed.
