Rule 15
Zero Time and Special Time
(1) The Speaker may set zero time and special time considering the work load of the House in order to speak on contemporary issues that the members feel necessary. (2) The minister concerned shall provide the answer to the issues presented at the zero time and special time as per sub-rule (1) to the House within five days.
