Section 1
Abbreviations, Extensions and Initials
(1) The name of this Act is “Insurance Act, 2079”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout the State of Nepal even in the case of branch offices established by R-Insurance anywhere outside Nepal.
(3) This Act shall commence on the thirty-first day from the date of its ratification.
