Rule 83
How to submit a resolution
(1) After the chairman takes his name, a member who wants to present a resolution may present his resolution in the meeting and while presenting the resolution, he may read the minutes of the resolution and make a statement. However, with the permission of the chairman, any member may authorize another member to present his resolution. (2) By-laws According to (1), after taking the member's name, the chairman may express his desire not to present the resolution. (3) The resolution not presented by the concerned member shall be deemed to have been withdrawn by him.
