Rule 151
Term of office of the committee and position of chairman and members becoming vacant

(1) The term of office of each committee as per Rule 147 shall be two years. (2) The Chairman may change or reduce the members with the consent of the National Assembly. ) if he is a minister, (c) if he resigns, (d) if the term of office of the committee expires, or (e) if a resolution is passed by a two-thirds majority of the entire number of members of the relevant committee that he has not fulfilled the responsibilities of his position honestly. (4) Any of the following members of the committee It will be vacant in the following cases:-(a) if he is not a member of the National Assembly, (b) if he is a minister, (c) if he is not a member after being changed according to sub-rule (2). If the post becomes vacant, it will be filled for the remaining period as per rule 150.
