Rule 115
Committee report
After the quarterly discussion on the bill in the committee is over and the procedure of rule 112 is completed, the report of the decision made by the relevant committee will be prepared and the chairman or in his absence any other member of the relevant committee appointed by the chairman will present the bill with the report in the meeting. Provisions mentioned in paragraph-18 regarding the presentation of reports in the meeting will also be applicable in this paragraph.
