Rule 104
Procedure after conclusion of general discussion

(1) After the general discussion on the proposal to consider the bill, the presenting member may present one of the following proposals:- (a) that the bill be discussed quarterly in the House, or (b) that the bill be sent to the legislative committee for quarterly discussion. (2) By-laws by the presenting member Any other member may submit another proposal according to the same sub-rule for submitting any one of the proposals in clause (a) or (b) of (1).
