Rule 75
Permit of Meeting to Move Adjournment Motion
(1) If the chairman gives permission to submit a proposal according to rule 73, the chairman will take the name of the concerned member at the beginning of the meeting and then the member who wants to submit the adjournment proposal will ask permission of the meeting to submit the proposal. The members who want to stand will be ordered to stand and if at least six members stand, it will be considered that the permission of the meeting has been obtained.
