Rule 121
Interlayer Forestry Coordination
(1) The subject committee according to the Union, State and Local Level (Coordination and Interconnection) Act, 2077 shall coordinate and cooperate inter-level in the conservation, promotion and management of Gunkshetra.
(2) Forest management: For the implementation of programs related to environmental services, the subject committee according to sub-rule (1) may create a separate mechanism or form a task force as needed.
