(1) After the expiry of the period according to sub-rule (9) of Rule 73, if the people below the poverty line want to take Kabuliyat forest again, such group of people can be made available again.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), while making available forest again, it should be done only after checking the human development index of the people who want to get forest.
(3) According to this rule, if the forest is provided again to the people who are below the poverty line, then the record should be updated.
