Rule 82

(1) Private forest owners shall comply with the standards set forth in the prevailing environmental laws and other prevailing laws related to herb cultivation and processing while cultivating agricultural forests and herbs on private land.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), during the cultivation of agroforestry and herbs on private land, no action should be taken to affect the agricultural system of the neighboring landowners.
(3) Wood, herbs and other forest products mentioned in Schedule-48 cultivated on private land can be collected, sold, distributed and transported like other agricultural products.
(4) (Despite anything written elsewhere in this rule, in the case of endangered plants planted on private land, it shall be in accordance with the Control of International Trade in Endangered Wildlife and Plants Act, 2073.
