Rule 129

(1) User groups affected by human-wildlife conflict must set aside a certain portion of the income they receive from forest management for human-wildlife coexistence management in their respective areas.
(2) The consumer group _ section of the Act from the amount allocated according to sub-rule (1). According to sub-section (4) of 33, it can provide relief for damage caused by wild animals and manage the coexistence of humans and wild animals.
(3) Every year, the directorate shall submit a report to the department and the provincial ministry along with the action plan along with the efforts and achievements made and the existing problems and the measures to be adopted in different geographical areas for human wildlife coexistence management and the department shall submit a report to the ministry.
