(1) Operation using funds: To select the program to be carried out and to facilitate the implementation of such program, there will be a program selection and implementation committee as follows:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry - Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (c) Secretary, Ministry of Forestry and Environment of the concerned province (d) Director General, National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department "Singjhya" (e) Two persons including one woman nominated by the committee from the consumer group - Member (f) Director General - Member - Secretary (2) Clause (c) of sub-rule (1). The following members should be invited to the meeting where matters related to the respective province will be discussed or decided. (3) The term of office of the member as per clause (e) of sub-rule (1) shall be three years. (4) The post of nominated member shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) If he resigns from office and is approved by the Committee,
(b) on expiry of his term of office,
(c) / if he is found guilty by the court of any criminal charge,
(d). If he is absent from the committee meeting for three consecutive times without notice,
(e) in case of his death.
(5) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be in the Department.
