Rule 52
Arrangement

(1) The community forest user group may conduct tourism programs in the community forest as per Schedule-30 by including it in the approved action plan based on the standards made by the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the community forest user group must obtain the approval of the body that requires approval according to the prevailing law before conducting the tourism program.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the community forest user group wants to conduct a tourism program in partnership with the local level or a cooperative organization, it shall prepare a separate tourism management plan under the approved action plan of the community forest and take approval from the relevant agency and the relevant divisional forest officer. Tourism program can be conducted.
(4) In order to ensure that there is no adverse effect on the existing status and environment of the community forest while conducting tourism programs other than wildlife rearing in the community forest, the forest area can be used for the tourism program without increasing the maximum of five percent or five hectares of the total forest area, whichever is less. However, if any physical structure has to be built for the operation of the tourism program, the physical structure cannot be built in an area of ​​more than half a hectare of the forest area.
(5) Regardless of what is written in sub-rules (1), (2), (3) and (4), breeding places, main habitats, biological pathways, soil erosion of protected wild animals. According to the approach, tourism programs cannot be conducted in forest areas that are identified as risk areas and sensitive by the approved action plan.
(6) Activities prohibited by the Act and these regulations as well as activities prohibited under Schedule-30 may not be carried out while conducting tourism programs in community forests.
(7) In order to conduct tourism programs in the community forest, the community forest user group may take necessary assistance from the local level, various agencies or associations according to the prevailing law.
