(1) The Division Forest Office shall prepare the progress report related to forest areas managed by the government, forest conservation area, community forest, partnership forest, confessional forest, public land forest, urban forest, private forest and other forest areas within its jurisdiction and send it to the directorate and the department on a quarterly basis. .
(2) The department and the directorate may study the report according to sub-rule (1) and give support to the division forest office as needed and thus the responsibility of implementing the support provided by the department and the directorate will be the responsibility of the division forest office.
(3) State Ministries, Departments, Directorates and Divisional Forest Offices within their jurisdiction of forest protection, management, utilization, forest issue related details as well as administration and development work progress details as determined by the Ministry according to the automatic monitoring indicators; To be entered in electronic management information system.
(4) Regular monitoring of the indicators determined according to sub-rule (3) and preparation of reports: The Divisional Forest Office, Provincial Ministry and Department shall periodically review and report the monitoring report to the Provincial Forestry Director by the Divisional Forest Officer, Provincial Forestry Director to the Secretary of the Provincial Ministry and the Director General and The Director General shall submit to the Secretary of the Ministry.
