(1) Regarding forest development and management by government or public bodies. Nursery Construction, Seedling Production, Tree Planting, Godmel, Thinning, Pruning, Cutting, Timber, Firewood Production, Forest Path Construction, Stone Pitching, Fire Line Construction, Pond Construction, Check Dam Construction, Seed House Construction, Bridge Construction, Observation Tabor Construction, Wetland Conservation or any other work of a similar nature, at least a gazetted Forest Technical Officer of First Class or equivalent may prepare a cost estimate.
(2) The cost estimate prepared according to sub-rule (1) may be approved and implemented by the Divisional Forest Officer. (3) Forest management works included in the approved annual program, building construction and maintenance work of Sub Division Forest Office or Division Forest Office and other forest development works of similar nature, to be used by the Divisional Forest Officer with the consent of the State Forest Director. can
