(1) Subsection (4) of Section 9 of the Act. For this purpose, the Divisional Forest Officer can grant permission for the movement of vehicles and people in the forest area for a certain period of time and under certain conditions to carry out development projects approved by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Divisional Forest Officer shall make necessary arrangements for forest protection and enhancement work in accordance with the approved action plan in the forest area where entry is prohibited as per Section 9 of the Act.
