(1) The confession as per Rule 73 shall be registered by the forest group in the Division Forest Office by making a stamp in the format as per Schedule-29.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the Division Forest Office shall prepare the details of the registered trees and send such details to the directorate and the department as well.
(3) The forest group recognized under rule 73 shall apply the stamp as per sub-rule (1) while cutting, transporting and transporting and selling trees.
(4) The responsibility for the use and protection of the forest of the confession/forest group as per sub-rule (1) shall be the responsibility of the chairman of such confession forest group. For any reason (if the stamp is lost or damaged, the Division Forest office should be informed immediately, the old stamp should be canceled and a new stamp should be registered and used.
(5) Information of the old stamp canceled and the new stamp registered according to sub-rule (4). The Divisional Forest Office shall give to the Departments, Directorates under all Provinces and all Divisional Forest Offices.
