Rule 77
Activities not to be done in Kabuliyati Forest
In accordance with the Act and this regulation, in addition to the prohibited activities, any of the following activities shall not be done or caused to be done in Kabuliyati Forest:-
(a) : To sell, mortgage or in any way transfer ownership or title to the land in question by Kabuliyat Forest,
(B)- To trespass, build shelters or cultivate in Kabuliyat forest contrary to the approved action plan,
(c) To do or cause to be done other than what is prescribed by the approved plan of action.
