Rule 117
Actions not to be carried out from the funds of the fund
The following programs shall not be carried out from the funds of the fund:- (a) To pay salaries, allowances and expenses related to medical treatment to employees, (b) To pay travel allowances to employees other than those employed in the work of the fund, (c) Furniture Or/ to purchase and repair vehicles, construct and repair buildings, (d) give donations, gifts and financial support, (e) travel abroad, (f) spend on other activities other than programs approved by the committee.
