Rule 31
Sale of Khair wood (including roots and logs)
(1) In the case of sale of khar roots and pods on the basis of weight and in the case of the sale of pellets on the basis of volume or weight, the price shall be competitive as per Schedule-6 without any reduction through sealed bidding process.
(2) For the purposes of this rule, when measuring khair pellets, it should be measured including the sapwood and when only the heartwood is left after removing the sapwood, the volume of the heartwood should be multiplied by one decimal place.
