Rule 106
Conditions to be done
: (1) According to sub-section (2) of section 44 of the Act, private forest owners who want to engage in environmental services must comply with the following conditions in addition to the conditions mentioned in the environmental service agreement:-
(a). Registered private forest of at least two hectares of land, individually or collectively (b) Management action plan of private forest has been prepared and implemented.
(2) Other conditions to be followed when the private forest owner engages in environmental services shall be as mentioned in the agreement between the divisional forest officer and the private forest owner.
(3) For the purpose of sub-section (2) of section 44 of the Act, the Division Forest Office shall call for proposals once in a year within the first quarter period.
