Rule 27
To be processed or sold
(1) According to this regulation: The industry that buys Golia wood should sell and distribute only after processing Golia wood into chips or one layer.
(2) According to this regulation, after chipping the abandoned round wood, the mill shall obtain permission from the Division Forest Office and transport it using a log registered in that office. (3) Any corporation may bill the value added tax on the basis of the invoice for the sale and transportation of chiran wood within the district.
(4) An industry may sell the wood or firewood bought in accordance with this rule after it has been prepared using technology and certified by the Wood Division Forest Office.
(5) In accordance with this rule, the wood chipping industry shall submit the quarterly statement of the chipped wood to the Division Forest Office.
(6) If any person, body, industry, association, institution or group purchases an automatic saw (chain saw) for felling trees, such automatic saw should be registered in the Division Forest Office.
