Rule 65
Registration and Use of Stamps

(1) The partnership forest user group shall apply for registration in the division forest office by making a stamp in the format as per Schedule-29 for the purpose of wood, firewood collection and sale and distribution. (2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the divisional forest officer shall register the stamp of the partnership forest user group free of charge without duplicating the stamp details. The Division Forest Office should prepare detailed information on the registered trees and send them to the Directorate and the Department.
(3) The chairman of such user group shall be responsible for the use and security of the license of the partnership forest user group.
(4) Partnership forest. If there is any loss or damage to the tag of the consumer group, such consumer group should immediately inform the Division Forest Office. In such a case, the partnership forest user group will have to cancel the old license and use the new license by paying a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and registering the new license at the Division Forest Office. The amount received in this way should be deposited in the provincial reserve fund.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the information of the old stamp canceled and the new stamp registered shall be given by the Division Forest Office to the Department, Directorates under all provinces and all Division Forest Offices.
(6) When transporting the wood and firewood produced by the partnership forest and sold and distributed outside the partnership forest user group, the stamp of both the partnership forest user group and the division forest office must be used.
